Accreditations.
Fairview voluntarily undergoes periodic, rigorous peer review by senior living organizations that measure and monitor performance. This means that other sets of eyes examine all aspects of our campus through on-site surveys and reports.
Fairview has achieved the distinctive accreditation for a five-year term as a continuing care retirement community from the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CARF-CCAC) for meeting and exceeding their standards of excellence.
Fairview also meets the highest standards in the longterm care industry and is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
