The VibrantLiving Foundation staff is available to sit down with seniors and their families to discuss opportunities for planned giving. We provide confidential assistance at no charge, and our expertise covers the entire spectrum of personal finance guidance.
In addition to helping residents and their families work through the many financial issues they face today, we are happy to assist them with designing estates that will ensure their wishes are met in the future, as well. Our trained consultants can offer confidential, personalized illustrations of charitable gift options and their benefits to donors, charities, and VibrantLiving. We will work with residents’ professional tax and legal advisors and others to ensure that each estate is designed according to the person’s wishes. In many cases, we’re able to help individuals reduce or avoid probate costs as well as capital gains, estate, and income taxes.
Residents’ assistance fund.
As people age, finances become a major concern. Residents at Fairview who experience financial difficulties may be eligible to receive financial assistance from the VibrantLiving Foundation.
Generally, you must have been a resident for a minimum of three years to qualify. Other criteria may also apply.
